Hse Assistant

To advise and perform immediate action on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work. - To assist the employer or the safety and health committee. - To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on any accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational disease which have occurred at the place of work. - Assist HSE Executive to respond to all request by external parties within 2 days o Other Departments o Local Authorities o Clients - Update HSE register logbook/master list of projects. (HSE TRX - OU) - Assist HSE Executive to run HSE Program and record in database (HSE STAR Framework) o Daily safety toolbox meeting. o Green Day o Monthly Housekeeping o Annual Fire Drill - Record activity for HSE and movement for HSE personnel. - To make sure ALL related document in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 was followed, recorded & stored accordingly. - To report misbehave / illegal activity / theft / poaching in HASB facility to MANCO Member and take proactive action that deemed necessary. - Involved in audit met to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
