**Job Scope**:

- Perform outbound call to notify customers regarding outstanding and overdue payment
- Negotiate with customers to make repayment arrangement
- Follow up calls with customers
- Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts

**Job Requirement**:

- **Min qualification: Bachelor Degree in any field**:

- Experience in collections/customer service/contact centre will be an added advantage
- Possess good spoken English and third language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Willing work extended hours and weekends as and when required

Location: Lebuh Pantai, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang

Working hour/day: 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
