What you need to do well:

- Strong communication skills and positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team and willingness to learn and take directions
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Be able to keep up with fast-paced working environment
