To ensure day-to-day aftersales and workshop operations are executed effectively.
- Maintain and manage a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed.
- Implementing standards/directives for Aftersales defined in the dealership and those specified by Isuzu.
- Maintaining a database of customers.
- Able to handle customers' enquiries and to solve customer's complaints to provide an excellent customer service.
- To maintain and further improve the performance of the workshop operations.
- Responsible on overall management, supervision and control of the workshop operations in accordance to the policies and procedures set.
- To achieve the yearly aftersales, parts and accessories' target.
- Provide continuously guidance, support and feedback to subordinates.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years' experience in managing a team in a service or workshop environment.
- Experience in car/power tool/ aftersales business will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of aftersales processes.
- Prior experience in workshop management - planning and operations is an added advantage.
- Leads and guides workshop employees.
- Able to work independently, good Interpersonal and communication skill, strong leadership skill.
- To undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
