**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous, independent & able to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The roles are to support the various responsibilities of the Project Department including:
- To record all department expenses according to the allocation code.
- Prepare and updated department expenses report for every month.
- To close monitor all expenses and budget to meet department KPI.
- Provide general administrative activities including filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the paperwork, and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.
- Process and coordinate all staff affair such as training, staff claimed, staff uniform, HR matter etc.
- To be assign other work tasks from time to time by the HOD.
