**Role Requirement**:

- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Transferring data into company system
- Assisting in typing in material request
- Ensure data in company system is up to date.
- Accurate data interpretation & data entering
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
- **Document Management**:

- Maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic) to ensure efficient recordkeeping.
- Data entry and managing databases.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- SPM / Above.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
