As a Regional Finance Analyst - Commercial, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
**Client Profitability (Quarterly)**:

- Analyze Client Profitability (CP) on a quarterly basis, examining Contribution Margin Percentage (CM%) variances by office and clients.
- Retrieve CM% data from the Business Financial Center (BFC), utilizing a tab for each office and client to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review submitted CP working files from offices, identifying inconsistencies and highlighting clients requiring follow-up with Client Services.
- Investigate methods to align CP processes for Jun Year-To-Date (YTD) analysis if feasible.

**Client Price Increase (Monthly)**:

- Facilitate monthly Client Price Increase assessments, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Monitor Net Working Capital (NWC) aging for selected global clients, initiating follow-up actions as necessary.

**Monthly Forecast and Budget**:

- Respond to monthly requests regarding Accounts Receivable (AR), Accrued Revenue, and Flash numbers.

**Tracking**:

- Collaborate with two collaborating offices to determine the parameters tracked in the MORE tracker, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

**Senior Billability**:

- Coordinate Senior Billability exercises on a monthly basis, engaging with offices and headquarters to track Billability targets versus Utilization and identify and escalate any issues.

**Client Contract (Ad Hoc)**:

- Handle ad hoc tasks related to client contracts, including the quarterly submission of client's invoice details and the collection of local contracts for global and ad hoc requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance/Accounting with professional qualification (preferably CIMA or equivalent)
- Min 5 - 8 years work experience in similar capacity in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Regional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of principles, practices and regulations.
- Strong data analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in client profitability analysis and contract management preferred.
