**Responsibilities**:
- Update customer appointment to Management.
- Maintain daily communication with customer to ensure resolution and proper follow up.
- Kept tracking of warranty part movement(s).
- Always update warranty master list according to needs.
- Replace warranty parts according to time line.
- Close monitoring on defect part return.
- Update warranty issues and action to management by weekly and monthly.
- Keep warranty defect and replacement part in proper place.
- Involve in warranty issue problem analysis and action taken activities.
- Close monitoring on returnable defect part(s) and supplier feedback.
- Update master list according customer and supplier basis.
- All the action taken report from supplier must keep in softcopy and hardcopy basis.
- Ensure quality staff, health and safety in work place.
