Our TEAM is strong and skillful enough to lead the creation of a HUB of Logistic TALENT and SKILLs in SEA-O with deep understanding of the challenges in multidisciplinary topics like:

- Legal
- Transport & Customs

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Legal Advisor in reviewing and drafting documents, conducting legal research, and with various legal-related tasks and duties.
- Assist in archiving legal documents.
- Manage and organize a library of template agreements, policies and standard operating procedures for the company's legal and compliance needs
- Assist Legal Advisor in oversee and manage the regulatory compliance of Malaysia
- Assist in requirements and compliance from the local and united level
- Any other task as assigned

WHO YOU ARE?- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 2nd year of legal studies
- Sports Lover & Passion in Sport
- Negotiator
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (both oral and written), p- Highly motivated and demonstrates an eagerness to learn, possess strong critical thinking skills, research skills, organizational skills, and computer competences.
- Strong research skills in both legal and non-legal matters.
- Up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Basic understanding of contract law, employment law, sale of goods act, and free zones act is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates reasonable legal acumen and basic common sense.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong command of English and public speaking skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Has own transport.
