**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible to manage and execute campaigns on online e-commerce stores (Shopee and Lazada).
- Ensure all products, stocks and pricing on the online marketplaces are correct, updated and in line with business plans and requirements at all times
- Assist in the planning, proposal, and execution of strategic and tactical campaigns to achieve business goals
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Planning & submitting prices, deals and promotions on the marketplace platforms
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure smooth operations of online store, including accurate and timely order fulfilment and logistic arrangement
- Conduct demand planning and forecasting using tools and data analytics
- Continuous improvements on store appearance to enhance users' shopping experience
- Engage and manage customer’s enquiry and feedback to the operations team for improvement or solution.
- Develop new customer database (wholesale) and assist to market out our company brand and products.
- Maintain a positive ongoing relationship with partners and maintain a strict code of ethics and professionalism.
- Communicate with our customers online.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably to have 1 to 3 years experience in e-commerce
- Have experience in media content creation: image, text, videos
- Efficient and organized with good time management skill
- Can work independently;
- Willingness to learn and take challenges.

Salary negotiable if you have senior experience in selected industry.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

- Marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Malay (preferred)
- English (required)
- Chinese (preferred)
