About the role:

- Reach out to potential clients to discuss diverse advertising opportunities.
- Coordinate with existing clients for advertisement placement and design, fostering ongoing relationships.
- Investigate client needs and articulate the advantages of advertising, addressing any concerns.
- Present pricing details to potential clients, engaging in negotiations when required.
- Provide account management to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure timely and accurate advertisement placement.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, engaging with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct effective prospecting both online and offline to identify potential clients.
- Achieve weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lead generation.
- To convert leads into qualified potential clients.
- Prepare and present compelling quotations/proposals tailored to client needs.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators for the number of proposals sent out.
- Drive sales through effective proposal conversion, meeting set sales KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of online and offline prospecting techniques.
- Ability to meet and exceed weekly lead generation targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in preparing and presenting quotations/proposals.
- Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Additional Preference:

- Previous experience in marketing or media agencies is highly valued.
- Existing network within the marketing/media industry is a plus.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
