**Responsibility**
- To support management reporting, perform analysis of product costing and business cases.
- Involve in development of accurate financial forecasting/budgeting in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders’ inputs.
- Perform detail expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast and provide recommendation for cost control.
- Conduct first-level variance analyses of Profit & Loss, headcount, balance sheet and cashflow that transforms into financial information and business insights that for business’s decision-making process.
- Data collection, perform cost analysis and investigate variances periodically.
- Perform month end close, expense review, accruals/reclassification and prepare supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with all departments to achieve company KPI.
- Support superior on financial analysis, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.
- Efficiently deliver OPEX reporting package, ad-hoc analysis, reporting and projects upon request.
- Compile inventory reconciliations.
- Support superior in participating and driving supply chain continuous improvement initiatives and improve efficiencies through better utilization of automated systems.
- Able to work independently and and provide with strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments according to the business needs and analysis requirements.
- Key user for SAP analytical cloud.
- Working experience/technical skills/know how
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline with a minimum of 1-2 years financial analysis experience in **MNC manufacturing environment**.
- Must have high proficiency in MS office, SAP and data analytic skills.
- Personal skills (Leadership, social skills)
- Ability of multi-tasking and work in a challenging environment.
- Good analytical, written and verbal communication, creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of financial planning and business controls, including SAP accounting system plus analytical skillset.
- Tactfully and confidently dealing with various stakeholders.
- High integrity, reliable and trustworthy to handle confidential information

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
