Clinic Assistant

**Greeting and checking-in patients**: This includes welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinic.
- **Updating and maintaining patients’ records and information**: This involves ensuring that patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
- **Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic’s appointment system**: This includes arranging patient appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic’s schedule.
- **Answering phone calls and responding to general inquiries**: This involves handling patient inquiries over the phone.
- **Organising medical records while ensuring accuracy and privacy**: This includes managing patient records and ensuring their privacy is maintained.
- **Preparing the examination room and sterilising equipment**: This involves ensuring the examination room is clean and ready for patient visits.
- **Assisting healthcare providers by measuring and recording vital signs**: This includes taking vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, or weight.
- **Documenting patient information and assisting with medical note-taking**: This involves helping with the documentation of patient information during visits.
- **Providing support and comfort to patients, explaining procedures and addressing concerns**: This includes ensuring patients are comfortable and understand the procedures they will undergo.
- **Ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality at all times**: This involves adhering to healthcare regulations and ethical practices.
- **Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance billing**: This includes managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic.
- **Following proper safety and hygiene protocols in the clinic environment**: This involves adhering to safety and hygiene standards within the clinic.
- **Continuously updating knowledge and skills through training and professional development**: This involves staying updated with the latest knowledge and skills in the field.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
