MRP Assistant

Determining the required materials by project
- Purchase Quote (PQU) creation
- Analysing pre-order material based on projected forecast
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of material necessary for production
- Coordinating with other departments (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production, Design) regarding production goal, planning, schedules and timelines
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products
- Liaising with operations, manufacturing, and purchasing
- Maintain effective communication, coordination, and interpersonal relationship with team members
- Addressing inquiries about various shipping concerns of the material
- On time and as agreed upon, with deadlines kept
- Tracking and monitoring production volume of the material
- Preparing performance reports
- Managing inventory which try to delaminate high holding cost in warehouse
- Ad hoc task from superior.

**Job Requirement**
- Min 1 years’ experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or related position
- Diploma and above in business, logistics, inventory management, supply chain or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- An operational understanding of material control
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proactively contributes to the team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
