**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**: Develop and design a variety of graphics and visual assets for websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Collaborate**: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- **Concept Development**: Generate creative concepts and ideas for campaigns, ensuring they align with project goals and target audience preferences.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- **Feedback Integration**: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project requirements.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Familiarity with web design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**
- **Illustration**: Ability to create custom illustrations and graphics.
- **Animation**: Experience with motion graphics and animation tools such as After Effects.
- **UI/UX Design**: Knowledge of user interface and user experience design principles.
- **Print Production**: Understanding of print production processes and preparing files for print.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
