Rnd Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create formula according to client and sales inquiry.
- Provide advice on client and sales inquiry and provide technical/ scientific advice.
- Perform sourcing for new or alternative raw material.
- Troubleshooting existing and old formulas(in terms of quality,cost,regulation),with sales,production,qc,and client.
- Track and monitor changes on formula,record to database accordingly
- Research on current market trends and competitor products.
- Developing and implementing sales plan.
- Conduct health talk & product health.
- Come up with marketing content for social media platforms (video shooting, products benefits, FAQs).
- Prepare write up on company’s products & health information.
- Perform expressed or implied duties required by superior or company.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 1-2 years industrial experience in R&D environment.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicated.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- account/finance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
