**Summary**

Close activities for general ledger module, supervise the close status of other modules in SAP; Prepare financial reports per calendar for both internally and externally customers. Prepare various financial data analysis for management use.

完成总帐模块结帐、监督其他模块结帐；对内外提供各类财务报告。为管理层提供各种财务数据分析。
- **Job Description**_
- Track the “tracker list” of expenses, compare and analyze if the occurrence of expenses is reasonable; ensure the cost center is properly use.
- 跟踪费用的tracker list ,比较分析各项费用的发生是否合理;审核cost center 入的是否正确；
- Prepare general ledger vouchers
- 编制总帐凭证；
- Accurately allocate various expenses
- 准确计提分摊各项费用；
- Review the closing balances of the accounts to ensure that the accounts are accurate at the time of closing;
- 复核会计帐目的期末余额，确保关帐时帐目准确；
- Prepare and ensure closing reporting are completed on time every month per close calendar;
- 每月确保按时完成结帐期间的报表；
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested from time to time, and ensure accuracy and timely data analysis
- 完成公司内部的要求提供的报表，并提供准确及时的数据分析结果；
- Other assignment as requested by supervisors and managers
- 主管、经理安排的其他工作；
- Business partnering with other departments to ensure duties are discharged efficiently
- 负责本部门两化融合方案实施、执行工作。

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
