**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- To manage, monitor and continuously improve the palm oil mill's operation and business.
- Knowledge in MSPO and any other palm oil related certification will be an added advantage.
- To ensure the efficiency of palm oil mill and accuracy of reported information.
- To supervise and monitor team, ensuring timely delivery of work.
- To ensure daily production targets are met, and continuously monitor and improve production yields.
- To plan and monitor maintenance and upgrade projects of mill.
- To plan budget, business strategy, and preventive maintenance schedule for mill.
- To maintain active communication with senior management, and update on mill performance.
- Must possess strong business sense, problem solving skill, and ability to handle pressure.
- Display strong leadership ability and must possess excellent inter-personal skills.
- Must possess working experience as a mill manager or engineer.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Management Reports and Annual Budget as per requested by Management.
- Assist or handle any ad-hoc assignment as required by the management.
- Willing to travel.

REQUIREMENTS*
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong leadership with integrity and self-motivation.
- Good discipline and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
