Title: General Manager - Operations

**Job Scope**:
Employee shall devote the time, interest and effort reasonably necessary to perform their duties to meet the requirements of the General Manager and provide such services in an efficient and competent manner consistent with professional standards.

Employee shall perform their duties and responsibilities stipulated by laws and industry standards in accordance with the law, and shall be assigned by the board of directors from time to time.

Inventory and logistics management.

Assist in inter-departmental operations, human resources, administration, sales, management and conflict resolution.

Fully assist the Managing Director in handling the company's daily operations. Workforce Management - Supervise employees to perform tasks effectively throughout the day.

Oversee several elements of business operations, such as hiring employees, responsible for operating budgets to improve efficiency and increase departmental profits, while managing the overall operations of the company.

Work closely with the Managing Director to develop price promotions for specific products that will attract customers. Principal management.

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.

1. Ensure customer / principal satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

1. Oversee administrative functions, ensuring efficient office operations.

1. Streamline logistics operations to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

1. Provide strategic leadership to align operations with organizational objectives.

2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

2. Implement customer / principal feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

2. Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to optimize inventory levels.

2. Analyze operational performance metrics and implement improvements.

3. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

3. Resolve escalated customer/ principal issues promptly and maintain a positive customer experience.

3. Manage and optimize resource allocation for maximum productivity.

3. Monitor transportation and distribution processes, identifying areas for improvement.

3. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations.

4. Foster relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales efforts.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & principal

4. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Implement cost-effective logistics solutions without compromising quality.

4. Manage budgetary responsibilities, optimizing costs while maintaining quality.

5. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective sales campaigns.

5. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into operations.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
