Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and faxing documents.
- Processing expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures, including retention and disposal schedules.
- Assisting with basic financial tasks such as reconciling bank statements and preparing deposits.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
