Chief Mechanic

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, system, and automotive vehicles.
- Assemble mechanical components according to specification.
- Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
- Design a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades.
- Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
- Perform vehicle assessments and alert on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection.
- Ensuring that the equipment used in the workshop is safe, well-maintained, and working properly.
- Maintaining inventories of parts and supplies to ensure that they are available when needed for repair work.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field
- Must be willing to work in Bakong Oil Palm Plantation, Miri.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to perform work efficiently and effectively.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
