**The Role**:
**Purpose & Accountabilities**
- Reporting directly to R&A Brunei Lead and is responsible for PAR process of Brunei entity in meeting Group PAR’s requirement as well as provide advisory/ other supports in actual reporting processes.
**Dimensions**
This role will have specific accountabilities with regards the support for Brunei. These include successfully deliver various processes below but are not limited to:
- Building credible Operating Plan by coordinating various processes, interface with business/ econ for detail build of the plan, financial run, submission into P1 system and target phasing.
- Quarterly LE build, financial run, submission, and QPR/ Amanda.
- ARPR and SMOG financial data submission
- Actual KPIs monitoring, MI reporting and submission to COG PAR, including interfacing with reporting team and FiB for actuals vs plan analysis.
- Interface with COG PAR for all the relevant updates and understand requirements.
- Continuous improvement for PAR processes
- Providing advisory, inputs and assistance to other team members in supporting team tasks/ scope balancing.
- Closely collaborating with other Finance Operations teams and FM/ Controller.
- Maintain close collaboration with various Group functions where relevant to enable a successful delivery. Examples are Upstream PAR, JV Reporting, GSR, Reserve Assurance Reporting, Global Costs Sharing etc.

**Skills & Requirements**:
- A Bachelors or Master’s degree or Professional Qualification, in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
- A strong understanding of Planning & Appraisal process/ financial reporting processes/ accounting standard combined with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently even when there is ambiguity or change
- Ability to stay resilient under pressure, managing conflicting priorities, with short deadlines and quick turnaround and still maintain the required attention to detail
- Ability to drive and coordinate a repetitive process across multiple stakeholders. This requires stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills combining influencing and motivating others and ensuring appropriate compliance to processes at all levels in the organization.
