**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that all Cats are well taken care of.
- To manage hotel check-in and check-out.
- To ensure the safety and happiness of all Cats throughout their stay.
- To ensure all spa and grooming appointments are appropriately scheduled and done on time.
- To ensure hotel tools and equipment are well maintained according to the Hotel's standards.
- To monitor and maintain the excellent condition of the facilities.
- To assist with Cat grooming/Spa based on the best practices per Hotel's policy.
- Ensure the Hotel, Grooming and Spa area is safe, hygienic, and always clean.
- To report any faulty equipment or damage.
- To help other team members ensure the cleanliness of the whole Hotel.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Diploma/skills certification in any related field.
- Cat Lover by heart.
- Able to work on the weekends and public holidays.
- Having any previous experience in a cat hotel is a bonus.
- Physically fit.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
