Drafter

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the design process from conception to completion

Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and refine project plans, schedules and budgets

To liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, contractors and suppliers for design coordination, authority submissions and technical issues.

To review design, authority submission, tender and construction drawings to ensure compliance with the relevant building codes, authorities’ requirements, design intention and client’s requirements.

To attend site inspection during construction to ensure good quality of workmanship.

**Qualifications**:
Diploma's, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Archicad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc

Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills

Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Malay

Proactive attitude, good interpersonal and presentation skills

Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards

Working experience with at least 3 years in the Architectural field will be an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
