Dua, a trailblazing Malaysian skincare brand, is expanding its creative team and is on the lookout for a dedicated Content Creator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand narrative through captivating content across various digital platforms. We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative individual who is passionate about the beauty industry, embraces storytelling, and can bring our brand essence to life through visually appealing and engaging content.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop and produce visually stunning and on-brand content for Dua's digital channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- **Brand Voice and Presence**:Manage and grow Dua's social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice and a recognizable identity across all content channels.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to align content creation with overall brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
- **Campaign Execution**: Play a key role in planning and executing content-driven campaigns aimed at elevating brand awareness, enhancing engagement, and achieving strategic business goals.
- **Visual Assets**: Collaborate with the creative team to create graphics, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience and reflect Dua's mission.
- **Community Engagement**: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and participate in fostering a positive and supportive digital space.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging content formats, competitor activities, and beauty industry developments to infuse creativity and innovation into content creation.
- **Influencer Partnerships**: Identify potential influencers and brand partners, collaborating strategically to amplify our brand's reach and impact.
- **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights to optimize future content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Creative Background**: Showcase your creative vision through a portfolio, with a preference for experience in the skincare or beauty industry.
- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Content Creation Expertise**: Proven experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.
- **Digital Savvy**: Up-to-date knowledge of digital and social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- **Visual Proficiency**: Exhibit skills in multimedia content creation tools and software.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of broader brand goals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and social skills to effectively engage with our online community.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Salary**: RM1,756.84 - RM6,748.55 per month
