Finance Manager

- Responsible for the company’s financial and accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of overall accounting functions, including month-end closing, reviewing and reconciliations of fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable, and Financial Management operations of the business segments.
- Plan, prepare, execute and monitor annual budget & forecast, variance analysis and cash flow projection.
- Review and manage the company's cash flow periodically to ensure adequate of funds.
- Ensure Financial and Management Reporting meet the reporting deadline.
- To perform reasonable checks of the account compliance to all statutory and tax compliance.
- To perform a reasonable check on audit working sheets and tax enquiry notes prepared by the finance team before submitting them to the tax agent and audit.
- Management SG accounting and group reporting requirements.
- To resolve queries from internal and External regarding financial management matters with mínimal supervision.
- To support costing methodologies and policies to underpin the production of robust information to inform strategic decision-making.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

**Requirements: -**
- Able to prepare full set of accounts preferably in the F&B industry
- Experience in audit background an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of SG statutory reports & tax compliance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools (Accounting software(Navision); MS Office; strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc).
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership quality, confident and self-motivated.
- Proactive and able to work effectively with a multi-functional and cross-cultural team.
- Willing to work at Empire Office Tower, Subang Jaya

**Salary**: RM1,468.40 - RM10,000.00 per month
