Football Coach

1.Plan, organize, and conduct effective and engaging training sessions for young players

2.Ensure that all players are safe, engaged, and having fun

3.Encourage player development and provide constructive feedback to help players improve

4.Develop and implement lesson plans and drills that are appropriate for players of different ages and abilities

5.Attend and assist with games and tournaments as needed

**Requirements**:
1.Passion for coaching football and working with young players

2.Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and other team members

3.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

4.Ability to work on weekends and be on time for all scheduled sessions

Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required
