**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- HRIS Implementation:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and design customized HR information system solutions (Workday).
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- System Configuration and Testing:

- Configure HRIS software to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee accurate data processing and system functionality.
- Data Migration:

- Oversee the secure and accurate migration of HR data from legacy systems to the newly implemented HRIS, minimizing disruptions and maintaining data integrity.
- Training and Support:

- Provide comprehensive training sessions to client stakeholders and HR personnel, enabling them to effectively utilize the HRIS tools.
- Offer ongoing technical support to address any system-related issues.
- Process Improvement:

- Continuously assess HR processes and identify areas for optimization and automation within the HRIS to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Compliance and Security:

- Ensure the HRIS adheres to data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive HR information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an HRIS Consultant or in a similar HRIS implementation role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, data management, and HRIS software (SAP Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, TalentSoft etc.).
- Familiarity with system configuration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into HRIS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Malaysian languages.
