**Job Title**:
Executive, PBTH

**Reports To**:
Assistant Manager, Purchasing & Repair

**Role Purpose**:
To manage and control overall operation in PBTH Management as per the agreeable SLA agreement to support aircraft OTP.

**Key Accountability**:

- Managing PBTH team to ensure components availability to support ATR72/ B738/ A330 and A380 operation
- Monitor and reviewing service provider performance to ascertain PBTH demands being delivered in timely manner
- Analyse and manage the team in ensuring return of core units is perform within the agreed SLA return time frame. To identify the gaps and resolutions for improvement
- Review, analysing and approve all PBTH repair exclusion charges from service provider prior for payment

**Qualification & Experience**:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration with at least 1 years experience in Supply Chain or Engineering fields

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledgeable and understanding the complete process of PBH exchange program
- Able to understand and generate financial and management report
- KPI/Annual Budget/loan charges/exchange charges and component tracking reports
- Leadership skills to lead, guide and motivate a dedicated team.

**Key Challenges**:

- To achieve returning the PBTH core units within the time frame of SLA agreement towards to zero backlog.
