To perform duties ofBarista/Waiter. To provide warm and Friendly Customer Services. To present menu and take orders. Recommend Food and Beverages to the customer accordingly. To prepare necessary setup for the meals ordered (cutleries, plates, etc). To deliver Food and Beverages in a timely manner. To clear used plates after each meals and ensure customer tables are kept need & tidy. To check customer satisfaction and approach customer for repeating orders. To present bills upon departure and assist the cashier to process the payment. To greet customers upon arrival and departure To wash, polish and refill side stations equipment such as cutleries, glassware and plates. Before beginning of every operations. Check quantity and quality of stocks received and notify suppliers of deficiencies. To perform checklist for market list on daily basis and as & when required. To ensure FOH and other relevant areas are kept clean at all time. To strictly follow Food & Hygiene regulations. To inform Supervisor on repairs and maintenance of utensils and equipment. To perform job according to company regulations and standard operating procedures. To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required. Ensure Highest Standards of Customer Satisfaction.
