**Position**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Working Location**: Da Men Mall, Subang Jaya (_**10 minutes walk to/from LRT USJ 7 station**_)

**Employment Type**: Contract (_**Conversion to Permanent based on performance**_)

**Salary**: Up to RM 3,000 (_**based on related working experience and academic qualification**_)

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and expanding our reach in the talent acquisition industry. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and support our recruitment efforts. Your creative flair, strategic thinking, and social media expertise will be key to your success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.Monitor and moderate social media channels to engage with our audience and respond to inquiries.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Community Building**:

- Foster an online community that promotes interaction and engagement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Generate regular reports to assess the impact of social media efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to promote job openings and the firm's services.
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, English Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a digital marketing/social media executive.
- Excellent communication & writing skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, and proficient in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- **Fresh Degree Graduates with a passion for digital marketing are encouraged to apply.**:
