Nutrition Representative

The Nutrition Representative (Marketing cum PA) must be aware of the organizations aims and objective of the company. The reprentative will be the first point of contact with both internal and external parties. Discretion and confidentiality are essential for this role.
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to based in Ipoh and Kuala Lumpur.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage
- Assist CEO in preparing business plan and strategies
- Able to going outstation business travelling with CEO
- Act as liaison between CEO and customer, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up
- Assist and support in marketing, advertising promotional activities
- Adhoc related task as assigned by management
- Resolves customer problems by training telemarketing service representatives; maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides; providing information; and answering questions.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers and other stakeholders
- Create compelling copy for sales and marketing materials, including product descriptions, brochures, and advertisements
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing standards; training internal & external parties; surveying customers; evaluating outcomes and feedback
- Adhoc related task as assigned by management

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
