Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive turnaround plans for static equipment, including vessels, tanks, pipelines, and related infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables for turnarounds. - Conduct detailed inspections and assessments of static equipment to determine maintenance requirements. - Create work packages, job plans, and schedules for turnaround activities, ensuring resource availability and optimization. - Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure seamless execution of turnaround plans. - Manage and track progress, budget, and resources during turnarounds to ensure timely completion and cost control. - Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational and safety risks during turnarounds. - Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team during turnaround execution. - Perform post-turnaround analysis and evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. - Stay updated on industry best practices, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to turnaround planning and execution. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Extensive experience in maintenance planning and turnaround management for static equipment in the oil and gas industry. - In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., API, ASME) for static equipment. - Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and computerized maintenance management software (CMMS). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Malaysian citizenship or valid work permit. Additional Information: - Travel within Malaysia and occasional international travel may be required. - Offshore work or field visits may be necessary.
