Quantity Surveryor

**Job Description**:
As a Quantity Surveyor, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate and efficient management of project costs and contracts. You will play a crucial role in financial control and cost optimization, contributing to the success of our projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and ensure the timely submission of contractors' monthly progress claims and sub-contractor's certificates.
- Conduct joint measurements to verify work completed by contractors and sub-contractors.
- Assist the Contract Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and variation orders.
- Maintain accurate records of project variations and associated costs.
- Implement rigorous cost control procedures to monitor project expenses.
- Perform quantity take-offs and call for quotations for materials and services.
- Review quantities and advise the procurement team on material procurement needs.
- Prepare and reconcile final accounts for both main contracts and sub-contracts.
