1. Assist in daily operations and maintaining of proper filing system
2. Reconcile bank & supplier statements.
3. Providing support and assistant to the account
4. Receiving and processing month end claim forms from site workers
5. Assist/backup in preparing daily invoice
6. Able to work independently in fast paced environment
6. Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sibu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
