Plan and establish master project schedule and work programmed using Primavera and MS Project;
- Forecast of possible delay situations/ factors and propose mitigation measures to prevent occurrence during project execution to achieve targeted project timeframe, quality and cost;
- Manage and monitor project execution based on master project schedule in terms of work progress, costing compared to budgetary cost and quality;
- Periodically visit project site to validate the work progress and prepare project progress reports;
- Liaise and coordinate with Project Manager and relevant team to ensure smooth execution of project until completion and recommend remedial measure to resolve project variances, if any;
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
