**Job Descriptions**
- Conduct audits in outlet to assess the compliance of SOP of kitchen operation, cake, pastry & tart counter, bar operation and floor service.
- Generate report and feedback to relevant parties on a timely manner.
- To present findings and suggestions for improvement to the operation team and trainers.
- Work closely with Outlet Operation Team to understand their practice and propose revision on SOP to reflect current and best practice for implementation and maintenance of SOP.
- To document and maintain all data and record.
- To monitor customer feedback management system and ensure all queries/complains are attended to promptly.
- Follow up on actions taken from audits for smooth flow, in line with the management, quality, service culture and meet standard set. Follow up to ensure that it is carried out in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
