- To maintain, troubleshoot and up keep of all M&E services to ensure that they are in good working condition at all times.
- Assists and perform daily maintenance work order and submit to superior upon completion.
- Assists and perform breakdown of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E system.
- Assists and hands-on the installation of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E parts.
- Assists and record the inventory of maintenance materials.
- To ensure the Electrical system, air conditioning system and plumbing system, toilet accessories and fitting, M&E equipment, ventilation is functioning and in order.
- To attend to tenant’s complaints as and when requested.
- To assist in the setting up of promotion activities.
- To assist in the checking and follow up on all works carried out by the contractor to ensure that they are comply to specification and of good workmanship.
- To advise the Supervisor on all matters pertaining to the safety and operations of the electrical system.
- To carry out other works as and when requested / instructed by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Willing to work on shift basis.
- Willing to work extra time as and when required by Management.
- Applicants must be located in K.L. (Prefered Kepong)
- Willing to travel outstation and work on public holidays.
- Able to work Immediately.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
