Ddc Recruiter

workflowRecruitment management of DDCs from the beginning of the employment process until an incumbent leaves the organization.
- Assisting with general duties related to recruitment from time to time in order to meet organizational and fundraising recruitment targets as required by the Fundraising Manager.
- The incumbent will be communicating and working with other internal stakeholders; within and outside the FR team to ensure a smooth work flow for the DDC recruitment process.
- External communications with GPMY vendors for job postings and DDC onboarding arrangements.
- Ensuring timely inputs of new and existing DDC is up to date and entered into the HR system.
- Responsible in ensuring the FR team is continuously well-balanced with the DDC headcount as per stipulated in the ODP.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
