Factory Digitization Leader

**Summary**

NI Manufacturing is looking for a Leader for its Factory Digitization Initiative. The selected individual will be responsible for developing strategy and driving execution globally for initiatives around MES, WMS, Automation etc. for efficiency improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform map and gap to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization including return on investment analysis
- Develop a data analytics strategy across production, warehousing and services functions
- Assist in refining capacity planning models to support S&OP process
- Assist in developing cost and headcount modeling to support operations
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce total costs
- Design system solutions to support Manufacturing Lean implementation
- Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives

**Qualifications**
- Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Sciences, Management Information System, or Business Management.
- Proven track record of leading implementation of systems and automation across multiple factories
- Experience in high technology manufacturing required
- 15+ years of relevant experience required
- Ability to drive change and impact influence without lines of formal authority.
- Interpersonal and leadership skills across multiple cultures in America, Europe and Asia
