prepare voucher payment, receipt, draft invoice
- assist conveyancing tasks and litigation legal tasks
- attend phone call and liaising with relevant authorities
- To administer files and maintain correspondences, documents in proper filing system clients files and updating file status
- assist in ad-hoc clerical tasks
- Able to work independently with a good working attitude and responsiveness;
- Possesses own transport;
- Assist in any routine operation of the small office;
- Computer literate and fluent in both spoken and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)
