**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Venue Sales and Client Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through the promotion and booking of our venue spaces, while providing exceptional support to our clients throughout the event planning process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Actively promote and sell our venue spaces for various events including weddings, corporate functions, parties, and other special occasions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Conduct tours of the venue for potential clients, showcasing its features, amenities, and suitability for their specific needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

**Client Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing attentive and personalized support from initial inquiry through event execution.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing detailed information about our venue offerings, availability, and pricing.
- Assist clients with event planning by offering guidance, recommendations, and resources to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill client requests and requirements, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Engage with clients post-event to gather feedback, address any issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Build a network of industry contacts, including event planners, vendors, and partners, to expand business opportunities and referrals.

**Marketing and Promotion**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the venue.
- Utilize digital platforms and social media channels to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and event details using CRM software or other designated systems.
- Generate regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the overall sales and client support functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event planning, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Must be able to maintain positive energy throughout the day.
- Must be an effective team leader and team member
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation and should possess a valid driver’s license.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred.
