HR Manager

Our client, newsprint, paper and recycled paper manufacturer, is looking for a HR Manager to be based in Mentakab, Pahang.

1. Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

2. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances.

3. Review, revise or formulate employees training scheme, learning and development programs, and implementation of those programs and ensure its effectiveness.

4. Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and to contribute to shape the business from team
structure, morale and culture perspective.

5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

7. Maintain and improve all HR processes for HR department to function as a strategic arm of the group.

9. Review, revise, or formulate policies and guidelines, and implement to ensure cost effective for both unionized and non-unionized employee manpower planning and staffing, wage and
benefit programs, assure selection and retention of qualified personnel.

10. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

- Human Resources: 7 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing: 7 years (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mentakab: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
