**Your Roles.**
- Responsible for the daily function of HR and Administration
- Handle the overall payroll processing
- Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys
- Handle all personnel administration
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures
- Administer benefits programs such as leave and insurance etc
- Handle insurance inclusions and deletions
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings to IRB
- Prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews
- Assist in develop compensation and benefit strategy

**We are looking for someone with.**
- 1+ year(s) of practical experience in HR / Admin function
- Hands on experience in handling payroll process
- Familiar with **iFlexi HRMS **is an added advantage
- Familiar with Employment Act 1955 and local regulations

**Salary**: Up to RM4,800.00 per month
