To handle & complete conveyancing OR commercial matters (Subsale, Project, Commercial Loan, Perfection, Discharge/DRR, etc).

2. experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Retail, Project or Commercial Loan & SPA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.

3. able to handle loan documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection, discharge/DRR & all other conveyancing matters.

4. able to attending client, Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.

5. Able to work independently (not applicable to Chambering Student position) and efficiently, and able to work as a team.

6.Having good communication skills and a positive attitude.

7. Immediate availability is preferable.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
