** Oversee daily operations for preventive maintenance team, to plan, schedule and respond to emergency maintenance request.**

** To perform preventive maintenance & continuous improvement for different types of semiconductor Front End (FE) machine.**

** Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) & Wafer bump related experience is an added advantage.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan and schedules to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery or facilities.
- Supervise the daily operations of the preventive maintenance team, ensuring compliance, safety and adherence to best practices for preventive maintenance procedures, including accurate completion of the preventive maintenance program.
- To develop and implement maintenance programs for maintaining equipment, machinery, and facilities, ensuring that are comply with relevant regulations and are efficient and effective.
- Responding to unplanned or emergency maintenance requests and coordinating the necessary repairs or replacements.
- To supervise maintenance activities including coordinating and working closely with other departments such as production and planning, to ensure that maintenance operations are aligned with overall business goals and work quality meets the operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance on all legal requirements including safety regulations and relevant standards, implementing necessary protocols and conducting regular inspections.
- To ensure all production machines are functioning at optimum efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance so as to eliminate downtime.
- To ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of equipment, machinery, and facilities, including maintenance schedules, repair records, and equipment manuals.
- To manage maintenance personnel, including hiring, developing and implementing training programs to ensure they are properly trained, and they have the necessary resources and support to perform their job duties effectively.
- To coach and lead the engineers and technicians in building a strong and professional team with sustainable improvement.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the Company properties to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior or management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical).
- Minimum **8-10 years** of working experience in the related field, solid knowledge of electronics and lots of skills and hands-on work experience **preferably in semiconductor.**
- Possess strong technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills up to components level.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management and people management skills.
- Independent, team player, result-oriented and able to work under tight schedule and challenging work condition.
- Willingness together with capabilities to be trained to do installation, preventive maintenance & repair different types of machines for semiconductor assembly area at own facility and customers is a prerequisite.
- Capability to identify problems and resolve them in an effective way.
- Possess an understanding of OSHA and life safety regulations

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
