SITE QS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle monthly progress claims and variation orders.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site personnel.
- Monitor and control building materials including quantity take off.
- Measure and value the work done on site/on-site verification of works.
- Understand contractual terms and processes.
- Perform any other tasks as and when required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum Five (5) years working experience in construction industry.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Excel
- Possess own transport.
- Site based in Gua Musang, Kelantan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
