Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development and Oversight:
- Collaborate with academic leadership to develop and review curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and instructional best practices.
- Monitor the implementation of curriculum, providing guidance to teachers and staff on effective instructional delivery.
2. Teacher Support and Development:
- Provide support and mentorship to teachers, including instructional coaching, feedback on lesson planning, and professional development opportunities.
3. Academic Planning and Assessment:
- Contribute to academic planning, including scheduling, classroom allocation, and academic event coordination.
- Oversee student assessment processes, including exams, grading, and data analysis to guide academic improvement initiatives.
4. Student Support and Enrichment:
- Develop and oversee programs to support student academic enrichment, such as tutoring, academic clubs, and extracurricular academic activities.
- Collaborate with counselors and academic support staff to address student academic challenges and implement intervention strategies.
5. Parental Communication and Engagement:
- Facilitate communication with parents regarding academic programs, student progress, and academic support services.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, academic workshops, and educational seminars to promote parental involvement in student academic development.
6. Academic Policy Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards at the institutional, local, and national levels.
- Prepare academic reports, performance indicators, and educational assessments for stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and academic governing entities.
7. Academic Program Growth and Innovation:
- Identify opportunities for academic program growth, enhancement, and innovation, aligning with evolving educational trends and student needs.
- Research and propose new academic initiatives, programs, and partnerships to enrich the academic experience and support student success.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in academic coordination or educational leadership, demonstrating a deep understanding of curriculum and instructional practices.
- Strong knowledge of academic planning, assessment, and instructional coaching practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and administrative staff.
- Familiarity with educational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance in the educational context.

**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
