Interior Designer

**Responsibility**:

- Attending to client’s briefing and site visit included site measurement.
- Work closely with the team in developing design concept proposal and present to client.
- Creative and innovative and handling all design related scopes including space planning, design conceptualization, material proposal, colour scheme and detailing.
- Create visuals, design layout and finished artwork such as layout plans, detailed drawings, as-built drawing, 2D & 3D perspective drawings and sample boards.
- To produce Creative and Good design and knowledge in commercial & Residential projects.
- Ensure all design changes and solution are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Director.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess as least a Diploma.
- Primary Language(s): Mandarin (Liaise with Mandarin Speaking clients, and due to work nature)
- Min.2 years of working experience in Interior Design (commercial) or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
- Strong in conceptual design, self-motivate individual with good attitude and strong multi task skills
- Must be familiar with Sketchup, AutoCAD and 3D rendering software
- Able to work under pressure and independently with mínimal supervision.
- Have a good attitude, with a passion for work in this field and sense responsibility.
- Must possess own transport

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 2 years (preferred)
