Foreman/supervisor

**Supervision and Leadership**:

- Lead and monitor the activities of a team of mechanical technicians.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Train and monitor team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.

**Installation and Maintenance**:

- Ensure proper setup, alignment, and calibration of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols.
- Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project status, equipment conditions, and any issues that arise.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections and tests to verify proper installation and functioning of equipment.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Ensure efficient use of resources to avoid waste and reduce costs.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
